RETURNS POLICY
You Are Responsible For Shipping Fees To Return Any Items.
Eligibility For Return –
– Wrong item was sent by the Seller.
– Item is different from depicted/specified condition in the store.
You can initiate the return of your purchase within 7 business days of receiving the order by contacting us with your Order No. #. You will need to ensure that the item reaches us safely, intact, in it’s original condition, with its original packaging and accessories. On inspecting the returned item, we will process the refund for the products returned. Please note, all shipping charges are non-refundable. If the product is not returned in its original condition, the Buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
DEFINITION OF TERMS
‘Depicted Condition’ / ‘Specified Condition’ / ‘Original Condition’ = As seen in product images on site and as additional descriptions specify. (IE – Stains, Holes etc) –
We encourage the Buyer to review the listing before making the purchase decision. In case Buyer orders a wrong item, Buyer shall not be entitled to any return/refund. The package must be sent via a prepaid and trackable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery. The delivery is to be made to the registered office address as mentioned herein / below.
Refunds Are Given Upon Receiving Of Item/s In Their Original State Within 30 Days Of Original Arrival Date To You (Must be shipped within 7 days from said date).

NOTE – There are no returns for any items shipped for the monthly subscription surprise items.
SHIPPING POLICY
All purchased items will be shipped within 3 business days.
Unless otherwise stipulated and with additional shipping fees – The items are sent with a regular international mail service with a tracking number provided the same day as the item is shipped.
Upon purchasing of multiple items the shipping costs remain the same for each item to cover the additional weight of consolidation into one package.
PENDING PAYMENTS
All Pending Payments On Purchases Will See Item Shipped Upon Cleared Funds Unless Payment Plans Are Established Via 3rd Party Providers.
CANCELATION POLICY
You can cancel your order before the product has been shipped by contacting us with your Order No.#.
A cancellation fee of $2 will be applicable on all orders. Unless the cancellation is done by us for any reason.
An order cannot be cancelled once it has already been dispatched.
Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 2-3 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund, and it may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund. You will be notified of the initiation of the refund. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund.
